5 Tips That Saved My Makeup 🙏

1. Use some sort of eyeshadow primer (or concealer)! They make your shadows so much more vibrant and help them last longer. Patting on a thin layer of eyeshadow primer before your eyeshadow creates a smooth base and gives you the best color payoff. This helps the eyeshadow adhere better and prevents creasing throughout the day.

2. Using eyeshadows for multiple purposes will save you so much money and give you so many more color options! You can uses shimmer shades as highlighters, pinks and reds for blush, and taupes and browns for contour. This saves space in your makeup bag and saves so much money.

3. Stop your eyelashes from coming up by dabbing a little lash glue on the inner corner of your lash line in addition to putting the glue on the lash band. This is gonna help the lash grip on like a magnet and stay all night!

4. If you struggle with eyeliner, try drawing your wing while your eye is open so you can map out the wing. Also make sure to keep the liner tight in the inner corner portion of your eye as this looks more flattering!

5. Learn about your eye type and choose makeup that is most flattering for your features! Sometimes winged liner isn’t for everyone or you may need to draw your liner in a special way to suit your eyes.

What a beautiful way to start off my 30th! ☺️🫶

This year, I’ve been feeling so grateful for all of the growth, love, kindness, and friendships I’m experiencing!

At first, I felt really conflicted. I knew I wanted to do something special and celebrate with friends, but I also wanted to connect with nature and reflect on my 20’s and this next chapter of life.

A big theme of this year was developing a loving, nurturing relationship with myself and I wanted to honor that by doing a solo trip in the desert 🐪 🏜️🌵So I decided to do a solo trip to Joshua tree to reflect and get away from the city for a bit.
It was such a beautiful experience that I will cherish forever! ✨

Another big theme for me this year was celebrating friendship and finding a loving community. I have felt so accepted and loved this year and have met amazing friends that I am so grateful to have in my life! So to honor this, I celebrated my 30th in true SpongeBob fashion with a little partayyyy 😆🎉 and beautiful birthday dinner! ❤️

I am forever grateful for the journey I am experiencing and all of the amazing, kind people I’ve met along the way.
