🎉 Kicking Off My 42nd Year with a Bang! 🎉
What an incredible way to celebrate my 42nd birthday! Just a few days ago, I took on the Hyrox fitness obstacle course competition, pushing myself beyond limits—even with two injuries! 💪✨
This experience reminded me that age is just a number and that resilience and determination can lead us to amazing achievements. As I step into this new year, I’m filled with enthusiasm and hope for what’s ahead.

To all my clients and friends: let this be a reminder that no matter the challenges we face, we can always rise to the occasion. Pursue your fitness goals, chase your dreams, and remember that every step counts! 🚀
Swipe through for some professional shots from the event, and let’s inspire each other to keep pushing forward! Here’s to a year of growth, strength, and achieving our goals together!

🏆 HARD WORK. DEDICATION. A MOMENT WORTH CELEBRATING! 🎊 🎉💕

Help us congratulate Stacey Maldonado on her outstanding results competing in the Wellness division this past weekend in Laurel, Maryland!

🥇 Wellness Open B — 1st place
🥇 Wellness Novice B — 1st place
🥇 Masters 35+ — 1st place
🥈 True Novice — 2nd place
🥈 Wellness Overall — 2nd place

I had the privilege of seeing Stacey put in the work here at Fit4Life. I saw the effort, the consistency, and the determination she brought to her training. Seeing her step onto that stage and celebrate what she worked so hard to accomplish makes this especially meaningful. ❤️

We also want to recognize our own Coach Miller, who coached Stacey through the entire preparation process. His guidance, support, and commitment to helping her reach her goals deserve a big congratulations, too!

An athlete willing to do the work and a coach committed to guiding the journey—that is a team worth celebrating! 👏

And they’re already training for the next competition!

Congratulations, Stacey and Coach Miller! Your Fit4Life family is proud of you and cheering you on! 💪🎉 taken in Easton Fit4Life by @wwmjr23
