PART 2 Been a rough but blessed 4 years. I want to give all glory and thanks to God—for believing in me even when I didn’t believe in myself. Thank you to my family and friends who kept pushing me throughout this journey. Especially my dad, for showing me how to be a man, for teaching me to always keep my head up, and to have faith. Without him, I wouldn’t be the man I am today. This is for the long nights spent fighting my doubts and my thoughts. This is for the younger me who always dreamed of accomplishing something like this. This is for setting the tone for my family from here on out. This is for beating the odds stacked against people like me. And this is for all the family and friends I’ve lost along the way. I haven’t forgotten y’all. I ask that you keep looking over me. PART 1 Let me tell you a story about this boy… In 2021, He moved to a new city to start college — unsure, quiet, and carrying more doubt than confidence. He didn’t talk to many people. He didn’t feel like He belonged. He felt different. The statistics, the finances, the pressure… all of it made Him question if He was even supposed to be here. The weight of trying to make His family “proud” and becoming “somebody” crushed Him before He even had a chance to try. He went from being surrounded by family and friends every day to feeling alone in a big, new city. There were nights He wondered if He was wasting four years of His life, digging himself into a deeper hole while chasing a dream that He wasn’t sure was meant for Him. But four years later, in 2025, that boy had grown into a man… He walked out feeling completely different — confident, grounded, and proud. He no longer cared about the statistics or the financial pressure. He has learned more about himself than any lecture or textbook could ever teach. He found himself happy and gaining a real sense of who He was. The feelings of doubt and failure were no longer a part of His story. He found his community on campus. He felt like He belonged in every classroom that He stepped into. He spoke up more. He led projects. He found his voice. He took on responsibilities that He once thought He could never handle. He realized that everything He prayed for and dreamed of as a kid was finally right in front of Him. As a boy, He always dreamed of moments like this… but He never believed it would truly be part of His plan. Somewhere along the way, He realized it was always part of God’s plan — He just had to believe and never lose faith. This is a story about a boy becoming a man…This is my story, Malachi Bell B.S.B.A. I am very proud to announce that on December 13th 12:30pm I’ll be walking across the stage at The University of Arkansas receiving a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration Degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship with a Minor in Marketing. by @wwyd_bell
