It was an absolute honor and joy to serve at Impact. Thank you, Father, for the hearts restored, the joy embraced, and the lives changed. Praise Jesus!

To everyone, here’s the gospel, the story that changed my life:

In six days, God created the heavens and the earth. On the seventh day, He rested. He made the first humans, Adam and Eve, so that He could have a relationship with His creation. They were in perfect unity with their Father until sin entered the world, separating them from Him.

In need of forgiveness and redemption, humans began killing animals as living sacrifices to God. The problem was that these sacrifices were temporary. So, in His love, God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to be the perfect and final sacrifice for our sins.

Jesus came, lived a perfect life, performed miracles, and endured the same temptations you and I face, proving He was fully human, yet He never sinned, proving He was also fully God.

In humility, Jesus, our perfect God, died a brutal death on the cross for imperfect people. Why? Because He loves us and came to rescue us.

Three days later, He rose from the dead, conquering sin and death so that anyone who believes in Him is no longer separated from God, but is restored to the unity with Him that sin had broken. Through Jesus, we have permanent forgiveness and victory over darkness. We are free!

After His resurrection, Jesus ascended to Heaven and told His followers to make disciples of all nations, and He gave us His Holy Spirit to do it. That same Spirit lives in me and compels me to share this with you.

If you’ve read this and don’t know your next step, here’s what Jesus says:

John 5:24 “Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes Him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.” by @wyattharriss
