22 in Peru!

Every transfer, there was always a chance I’d come back to the area, another exchange, another way to return to the people and places I loved

This time didn’t feel like that

After recieving the news that I would infact NOT be going to Piura Peru where I had originally been called to serve and would instead be going just a few states over to Washington I was not exactly "stoked."

Every trial or hardship that happened the only thing I could think about was "I'm not even supposed to be here! 😡" some days I wondered "what the heck, what is God doing?"

I was so willing to leave the country for the first time, learn a new language/culture and sacrifice living in less than ideal conditions. I was bamboozled (confused) as to why the Lord wouldn't make it happen.

Little did I know just how much I would learn and how many memories/friends I would make in that little farm town of Basin City. Without a doubt the members, locals and other missionaries I served around made a lasting impact on my life.

I'm am so grateful the Lord was willing to let me struggle and suffer so I could become greater than I was. I KNOW the Lord has a perfect plan for me, even if I don't always know why He does what He does, I know it is His will for me.

Today marks 100 days since the end of my incredible 2-year journey. It was more than a trip, it was a discovery of my life's purpose. The greatest blessing was sharing it with unforgettable individuals who became family.

I testify that when we put the Lord first, He never leaves us. His guidance, love, and strength carried me through every moment. by @wyatthasty

Hey! Anyways, I'M BACK! It's been a crazy couple of days as you can see haha

I know that God loves me! He showed me so much mercy and gave me so much strength and confidence over the past 2 years. The best part is He always did that for me, I just never realized...

It's good to be back 😁
