THE SUNDAY: Smoked salmon, house made scallion cream cheese, cucumber, pickled red onion, capers, dill, and lemon. All piled onto an everything bagel from our friends at Luke’s Bagels.

We’re very, very happy to officially partner with Luke’s and be the downtown Gainesville spot to grab their bagels. Everything is the default on The Sunday, but you can swap it for plain, sesame, or asiago. All Luke’s!

Food is running until 12pm everyday We’re slowly working our way toward having the whole menu available all day, but for now, come get your Luke’s while we’ve got it.

We’re ready for ya :) taken in Wyatt's Coffee by @wyattscoffee

HERE’S THE DEAL ABOUT WYATT’S :)

We’ve been a little quiet over here, but WE’RE BACK.

The renovation is officially about 95% done. We have a few tiny finishing details left to button up, and you’ll probably see little things continue to change over the next few weeks (and maybe one or two big surprises 😉), but the important part is:

THE STORE IS OPEN.

You can come inside. You can get out of the heat. You can sit down. You can hang out. We can finally host you in our space again. :)

And if you’ve already stopped by, YOU ARE A CHAMPION. Or as my mom would say- “ERES MI CAMPEÓN” Seriously. Thank you.

For almost three weeks, so many of you continued showing up to our little pop-up while we worked on the space. You helped us stay open. You helped us keep hours for our team. You stood outside in the Florida heat and still chose to support us.

Truly, truly, thank you. It means a ridiculous amount to us.

One small note for TODAY, FRIDAY: Wyatt’s is closing at 2PM because we’ll all be heading over to Resident for the Latte Art Throwdown.

Doors at 6PM. First pour at 7PM. If you want to compete, there are still spots available at the link in @residentcoffeeco bio.

Starting TOMORROW:

8AM–5PM. EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Come see the space. Come hang out. Come let us take care of you.

Things are starting to shape up. Just wanted to say: Big thank you to those that have been coming by the popup! We decided to popup during the renovation to make sure that our Wyatt’s staff still had hours. Very grateful for you for showing up ❤️ taken in Wyatt's Coffee by @wyattscoffee
