I love nasturtiums and read that they can be crystallized. Picked from my garden and gingerly painting petals with an egg white-vodka solution, then sugared. Hope it works!

Simple Pleasures. My dad loved hot peppers and I grow them in my Upstate Garden. I used to bring him some, now will cook with them holding him in my heart.
P.S. he told me to freeze them whole. It works to cut off whatever you need when cooking! #handitdown #heartcooking by @wynniestein
