Day 32 of 5km a day for 50 days 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️ Days are going by so quickly now, by day 10 I was over it and worried I wouldn’t complete the challenge and now it’s just make the time and get it done. 18 days until City2Surf and the most Forrest Gumps to ever run in a group at the event. I’ve also made the decision to shave my head again in support of cancer patients and donate my hair to Variety’s program Hair with Heart where my hair will be turned into a wig for a kid that needs it more than me. #allcancersucks by @wynslo

Huge news - the KYPU112 is over and we have helped raise over $13000 for the Leukaemia Foundation 🥰
I also ran a 10km PB on my last run of the challenge 🏃‍♂️🥵
Thanks to Nick, Cat and the Keep Your Pecker Up crew for getting me out of my comfort zone and pushing me mentally and physically. As a whole we individually travelled 112km, be it walk, run or cycle. I did a few extras due to a healthy lockdown and ran the 112km, carried an extra 90kg in a weight vest over 10 runs and also 908 push-ups spread out over each km. Some days I didn’t think I’d get through it and often the motto was ‘running for those who can’t’, it was a huge a two weeks with bad weather and some negative thoughts but I got through it and I’m very proud of everyone involved. Thank you to everyone who has donated and supported the journey. Last day to donate so not too late if you’ve wanted to support the cause ❤️

This guy will be pounding out the pavement from Coogee to Bondi and then up and down Bondi Beach 13 times on Saturday whilst raising awareness and some vital funds for the NFP charity Beard Season. We are raising awareness for skin cancer and the key part being EARLY DETECTION!!!
Therefore, I challenge everyone reading this to book in a skin check, this can be done at your local GP or skin specialist. Making the call is the hardest part.
Afterwards, this guy will be showing his support to a friend and ex team mate who is battling leukaemia by shaving off the hair on top of his head. Nick mate, 💯 you’ve got this, everyone is with you in this fight 👊 #YNWA

In 3 days time I will be running the City2Surf in these ridiculously short shorts. Ill then be cutting off my long hair on Tuesday and donating it to charity wigs for kids. Hair it is!!! In two weeks time I will be donating my hair to Variety’s Hair with Heart programme. They will turn my hair into a wig for someone who has lost theirs due to a long-term medical condition – giving back the gift of confidence and self-esteem. Yearly skin check has done its job thanks to the inspiring @jimmyniggles from @beardseason . Skin cancer is real and must be spoken about more. I challenge everyone reading this to book in a skin check before winter ends. Two in three people will be diagnosed at some point in their life so early detection is the key. My doctor believes this is a basal cell carcinoma which is a non-melanoma skin cancer, still very serious so he’s taken a biopsy and results are back in two weeks 🤞
