Ran my last race yesterday & it’s definitely a bittersweet feeling. This journey has been anything but easy but I wouldn’t want it any other way. Along the way I’ve met a lot of people who have impacted me in so many ways and I’m grateful for it all. I thank all the teammates I’ve met through this sport, and I’m forever blessed to have met some people that I consider as brothers and sisters to me. This sport has taught me countless lessons about life and myself, and has made me a better man as a result. I will forever have love for this sport and I’m glad I made that decision to start running hurdles in middle school. Thank you Track & Field. The marathon continues.. 🏁 by @x.howard3
