Creamfields Festival, UK 🇬🇧

A long overdue bucket list activity I wish I could have done in my 20s - attend an international dance festival solo, moving at my own pace, no outside distractions.

In a crowd of 80,000 people & atrocious weather conditions, when the DJ started playing, none of it mattered. It was just me and the music again.

It may not be the scene I once enjoyed being part of, but last weekend reminded me why I fell in love with house in the first place.

I definitely should have packed some earplugs & a poncho though.

Mom,

You’re one of the strongest, sweetest souls I know & it breaks my heart to know life hasn’t always been fair to you. Seeing you do everything you can to keep it together despite all the battles you had to overcome lit an eternal fire in me, and inspired me to lead with love and compassion even through the most difficult moments.

But I promise as long as I’m around, you’ll never have to struggle again.

Austin Marathon 🏅

Never underestimate the power of a community. They’ll take you places you never thought you could reach on your own.

So proud of this team, and even prouder to be part of it. Objective complete, but the mission is far from over.

Pro tip - If you’re preparing for a race, don’t forget to pack some bandaids & maybe save the beer for after you cross the finish line.

Life Time Miami Half Marathon 🏅

Bangkok, Thailand 📍

The City of Angels, the Land of Smiles. A trip that has been long overdue has paid off exponentially. You can enter with a plan, but the city will take you on its own tour & leave you asking for more. One visit here is probably not enough to embrace the rich culture, welcoming people, and delicious FOOD. It’s just one of those places that you have to keep discovering over and over again. And yes, it’s everything people say it is and so much more.

It isn’t always about the destination, but the people you have the pleasure of experiencing it with. Thank you to my brother @avataroneill for coming along on yet another unforgettable adventure. Whether it was having a glass of Chang or running 13.1 miles through Bangkok’s streets at 3am, it was my honor to share this entire journey with you.

Those once in a lifetime moments, shared with once in a lifetime people, priceless.
