We got our Taskmaster on during our Team Meeting at work today with the challenge being to build a structure using spaghetti and mini marshmallows. This is the structure my team came up with and as a structure, it's completely insane. taken in Minnetonka, Minnesota by @xander6981

So, I was busy in the kitchen this afternoon. I had a jar of cherry pie filling in the cupboard and decided to make a pie for dessert since it's Easter. I mixed things up and did a lattice crust. I wasn't expecting much but I'm just thrilled how well it came out. Hope it tastes as good as it looks. by @xander6981

The fruits of my labor today. An all day project to keep me occupied. Started cooking the sauce this morning, let it simmer all day before assembling into a large, deep dish lasagna. Should be amazing... taken in Bloomington, Minnesota by @xander6981

Had a fun day out with my nephew Jonas, brother Kris, sister in law Kristen and Mom at the Children's Museum in Eau Claire. It was a fun place and I can imagine loving it as a kid myself. by @xander6981
