This journey has been one of the hardest experiences our family has ever faced.

We are exhausted. We have faced scammers, heartbreak, and moments where it felt overwhelming — but we will never stop searching for Renzo.

And through all of it, the good humans have shown up.

People who care. People who act. People who remind us that we are not alone in this.

One of those people is Xanthus from Wait Paws — an incredible pet sitter, animal advocate, and someone we first connected with through our shared love of Yorkies. We recently met in person to talk about Renzo, and his support has meant more than we can put into words.

No matter where this search takes us, we believe Renzo can come home because of people like @xanthuslive .

Thank you — truly — from the bottom of our hearts.

Please keep sharing. 💛 taken in USA by @xanthuslive

Sharing again to get more visibility.

“UPDATE – 3/10 – RENZO IS STILL MISSING. Renzo has not been found yet, and we are continuing the search every single day in the Lake City, Florida area and surrounding cities.

Based on everything we know — no confirmed sightings, no injury reports, and no shelter intake — we strongly believe Renzo was picked up by someone who thought he was abandoned. This happens more often than people realize, especially with small dogs.

If that was you, please know this: Renzo was NOT abandoned. He slipped out of our car in seconds. It was a heartbreaking accident. He is deeply loved and belongs to a 74-year-old woman who is devastated without him.

What We Are Doing Right Now:
For the next week, we will be doing grassroots canvassing from Lake City to Gainesville. We are ordering more flyers and yard signs and will be placing them throughout the area while speaking directly with local businesses and residents.

How You Can Help:
We are looking for...
• High-traffic locations where we could place flyers or yard signs
• Local businesses or bulletin boards willing to display a flyer
• Community groups or events where people may have seen Renzo
• People willing to help distribute signs or flyers

If you know a place between Lake City and Gainesville where signs could reach a lot of people, please comment or message us.

Reward:
💛 $1,000 reward for Renzo’s safe return or information leading to his safe return.
Confidential or anonymous return options are available.

I’m sharing this from @helpusfindrenzo to help get more visibility for the search.

Renzo, a tiny 8 lb Yorkshire Terrier, went missing from the I-75 southbound rest area near mile marker 413 in Lake City, FL on February 23. His family has been searching tirelessly to find him.

If you were traveling through the area or live nearby and have seen a small Yorkie, please check the flyer and contact the numbers listed.

Even a small tip could make a difference. Please share. 🐾
