“I looked in your cup to see if you had enough. You looked in mine to check if I had more than you.”That difference shows a stark reality of our world. Some people move through life comparing, competing, and keeping score.Others move through life checking in, lifting up, and making sure the people around them are good. There are Givers and there are Takers.Choose to be a Giver—not the kind who drains themselves, but the kind who builds abundance by noticing what others need and showing up with strength, clarity, and intention.Pay attention to what people measure. It tells you exactly who they are. by @xatefrogg

It takes so much trust and grit for this athlete to get out and do this. It’s so humbling and such an honor to be there for it. by @xatefrogg

My day ended with a disqualification but I still crossed the finish line. 🏊Swim time was 2-3 minutes slower than I wanted at 1:08. I felt confident and comfortable most the swim but latched on to the wrong feet for too long. Still have a lot of work to do in open water swimming. 🚴‍♀️Bike was 5:11 (Normalized Power 238, avg power 227, .85 IF, avg speed 21.77mph) Bike portion was fantastic and brutally hard. This course was punishment and cruel. I always go out way to hard and fast the first half and pay for it later but that’s how I roll and it works out for me. My nutrition was on point and I felt really good coming into T2.🏃‍♂️Run ended up at 3:59 after my whole DQ ordeal. I was on track for a 3:25-27 marathon which I’ve been chasing every single Ironman and I felt like I had it. I missed a turn in the run and ended up having to go back and redo the loop. I did the whole distance and course. I flagged down a course marshal and told them what happened. They made a few phone calls and ended up telling me I was disqualified. Total finish time was 10:28 The DQ is definitely a huge disappointment with the amount of time I put into preparing specifically for this race and being so close to executing a great day. When the course marshal told me I was DQ no matter what I do it was hard emotionally to want to continue and finish. After a 15 minute ordeal with the marshal and another 10 minutes in self wallowing I decided to continue and finish. 🏁The biggest highlight in every single race I do is seeing my beautiful wife and amazing kids right before the finish line and giving them a hug. They are my motivation in life and this sport to be a better person, father and competitor. At the end of the day this is a hobby I’m very passionate about but inconsequential are the outcomes of these races. What matters to me is my family, integrity and the consistent journey and work I put in my life to be better. by @xatefrogg

The Odyssey isn’t about a man trying to get home it’s about becoming the man worthy of getting home.On the surface, it’s an epic adventure filled with monsters, gods, and impossible odds. But beneath the battles lies a story that’s just as relevant today. It’s about the lifelong journey of becoming who you’re meant to be.Odysseus doesn’t simply fight his way home. He is forced to confront pride, temptation, fear, anger, grief, and the consequences of his own choices. Every island, every storm, and every setback strips away another piece of the man he once was.The Cyclops teaches that arrogance has consequences. The Sirens remind us that not every temptation is meant to be fought head-on—sometimes wisdom means committing to your values before you’re tested. Calypso shows that comfort can quietly steal your purpose. Scylla and Charybdis prove that life isn’t always about choosing between good and bad, but about having the courage to choose the difficult path that moves you forward. The greatest battle wasn’t against Cyclopes or gods—it was against the weaknesses within himself. Strength alone wasn’t enough. Intelligence without humility failed. Courage without patience led to destruction. Every trial transformed him into a wiser, more disciplined leader. When Odysseus finally returns to Ithaca after twenty years, he isn’t the same man who left. Home was always the destination, but the true journey was becoming the husband, father, king, and leader worthy of returning there.Life is no different. We all have an “Ithaca”—our goals, dreams, and purpose. The obstacles in our path aren’t simply there to stop us; they’re there to shape us. The storms aren’t punishment. The delays aren’t failure. They’re preparing us for what’s waiting on the other side.Sometimes the greatest victory isn’t arriving at your destination. It’s realizing the journey transformed you into someone stronger, wiser, humbler, and more capable than the person who first set sail. by @xatefrogg

Most people use far more shampoo than they need. For short to medium-length hair, about a nickel-sized amount is usually enough. For longer hair, a quarter-sized amount is often sufficient. The real cleaning comes from massaging your scalp, not coating all of your hair.As you rinse, the shampoo that runs down the lengths is typically enough to clean the rest of your hair. Using too much shampoo can strip away natural oils, leaving hair drier, frizzier, and sometimes causing your scalp to produce even more oil to compensate.Bonus fact: Hair doesn’t actually get “used to” a shampoo. If it suddenly seems less effective, it’s usually because your hair has changed (season, water hardness, product buildup, hormones, or styling habits), not because the shampoo stopped working. by @xatefrogg

One of my favorite concepts in mathematics is Zeno’s Paradox. It asks a simple question: Before you can reach your destination, you first have to go halfway. Then before you reach the end, you have to go halfway again. Then halfway again… and again… forever. At first, it seems like you’d never actually reach the finish line because there are infinitely many halfway points. The answer is what makes it so fascinating: even though there are infinitely many smaller steps, they all add up to one complete journey.I think there’s a lesson in that.Big goals rarely happen all at once. They happen one workout, one conversation, one decision, one mile, one day at a time. Sometimes it feels like you’re making almost no progress because you’re focused on how much is left instead of how far you’ve already come.Keep taking the next step. Small, consistent progress compounds into extraordinary results—even when you can’t see it yet. by @xatefrogg

Nick Saban is one of the greatest coaches in college football history.• Won 7 National Championships (6 at Alabama, 1 at LSU) — the most by any major college football coach.• Finished with a 206–29 record at Alabama, leading one of the most dominant dynasties the sport has ever seen.• Coached 4 Heisman Trophy winners and developed dozens of NFL first-round draft picks.• Built his program around “The Process”—a philosophy of focusing on the next task instead of the final outcome.• Spent two seasons as the head coach of the Miami Dolphins before returning to college football.• Through the Nick’s Kids Foundation, he and his wife Terry have donated more than $11 million to schools and children’s charities. After retiring following the 2023 season, Saban transitioned to ESPN, where he’s now sharing the same football knowledge that made him one of the most successful coaches of all time.“The Process” wasn’t just about football—it was about consistency, discipline, and doing the little things right every single day. by @xatefrogg
