Bar Boys: After School caught me in the most perfect timing. I was fresh off a four-month 2nd AD work, so kating kati ako noon mag-1st AD ulit at magpatakbo ng set.

When @901studiosph asked me to do this project, my only request was for a full AD TEAM. Sobrang excited din ako that time to share all the things I learned from working with my American 1st AD sa The Last Resort. This being my first all-Pinoy shoot in a while, I saw BBAS as a good space for me to train my kids.

Weeks of prep and 16 shooting days later, Bar Boys: After School became one of my most organized sets. And when we were selected for MMFF, naging landmark project siya— my very first entry in the festival. Nasa bucket list ko ang magkaroon ng MMFF film ever since I started working in the industry. 😄

I’m really proud of the work my team and I poured into this production. Also really thankful to @901studiosph for being such supportive producers.

And to Direk @kipoebanda: I had a great time collaborating with you. Wag ka muna mag-retire. Gawa pa tayo more 😄

Morgan Knibbe’s The Garden of Earthly Delights is finally coming to Philippine theaters!

I experienced a lot of firsts when I shot this three years ago. Ran this set composed of Filipino, Dutch, Belgian cast and crew for 35 shooting days. Tumanda ako ng 10years sa project na ito. 😂 A lot of who I am right now as a film worker I owe to The Garden.

I’m very excited to finally share this work to everyone. Please check @qcinemaph and @gardenofearthlydelights.film for screening sched.

We’re coming home! Petersen Vargas’ Some Nights I Feel Like Walking premieres in the PH this week at the @qcinemaph RainbowQC Pride Film Festival.

We poured so much ❤️ into making this two years ago. There’s a shot in this film which I consider one of my ✨best moments✨ on set as a 1st AD.

The last time Paolo and I were in Zamboanga together was in 2013. I was his intern at Storyline back then.

Thirteen years later, we’re back in my hometown together— only this time, we’re here as film industry leaders for the Mindanao Guild Summit.

Thank you, DG @pvillaluna and @filmacademyph, for choosing Zamboanga City as the host city for the summit.
