I’ve get asked pretty often about ways to deal with nausea related to shrooms. This is something experienced by not all, but a measurable amount of people and it tends to interfere with their willingness to trip, and I’d hate for a roadblock like this to discourage more from experiencing the wonders that come with this natural medicine.

Happy Fungi Friday!! 🌞❤️🍄 After my last posting detailing how to make mushrooms chocolates, I received a few DMs asking how to make mushroom tea, so here we are!

I’ve put together 2 different methods incase some materials may not be readily available to you, so use whichever is more convenient, they both work just fine 😎🍄 Feel free to suggest more ideas on how-to guides on anything else mushroom related, even if it’s geared more towards cultivators. I’d love to give back to the community any way that I can ❤️

I should note that you don’t HAVE to strain the solids out, but I’d highly recommend it to help combat any nausea you may experience otherwise.

This method of storage offers a straightforward and convenient means of protecting the alkaloid content and overall integrity of your mushrooms until you’re ready to eat them.

So if you’re into that sort of thing, you might find this post useful 😎 especially if you don’t plan on consuming your mushrooms right away.

Also: It should be noted that NOT having them stored properly doesn’t always mean with 100% certainty that they’ll get weak or moldy, as there are outliers.. but why take the risk?

Yerrrr. What's good y'all today I threw together a quick how-to guide for anyone wondering how to make their own mushroom chocolates. What's better than knowing exactly what's inside of your mushroom bars? As a bonus, they can also be dosed pretty much however you please 😎🍄

Good afternoon everyone! Thought this would be important topic to discuss. Trip sitters can be a tremendous help to the person tripping when done correctly. They aren't always needed, but having a trip sitter for your first time tripping is recommended! Personally, I don't really see too much of a need for a trip sitter with low doses such as .5 and lower, since there's not really a "trip" involved at doses that low, but there's nothing wrong with being safe just incase!

I've never had a trip sitter. My first dozen or so trips were done alone in the house without much prior knowledge of what could happen or what to expect. I'm grateful for the way that things went, because that was honestly pretty dumb of me.

As you can see, these aren't my words. I am, however, interested in knowing everyone's thoughts on this.

I've personally never truly hallucinated to this extent on any psychedelic, nor do I know anyone that has. I haven't known a single person that's said that they've saw something that just straight up wasn't there (I believe this is partially why LSD gets a bad rep), but moreso an alteration of what's already there, such as seeing geometric shapes in a carpet. But that doesn't mean the former doesn't happen, so im interested in hearing about your trips!

Hey! Been awhile since I’ve made one of these 😅

For one, huge thanks to @moegyo.ill for suggesting I make a post about this. This is an important topic that I don’t think gets covered very often and is usually overlooked or just not known to the masses.

But anyway, TOLERANCE….. when it comes to psychedelics, can be seen as either a good or a bad thing.

Good - Considering how fast you build a tolerance to psychedelics, this makes it very impractical to actually abuse them. You can’t really do them everyday like how you can drink alcohol or smoke weed everyday. And while a tolerance buildup for both of those can exist, it’s to a much higher extent in this regard. For example, we all know people who drink or smoke everyday, but we don’t know anyone who trips everyday. For one, it’s pretty taxing on your mind, and two, it would be literally pointless to even try.

Bad (That’s actually good!) - If you’re the type of person who can handle your trips with no real drawbacks, the want to do it again soon after could be pretty high, so it can be a bit disappointing knowing that you’ll have to wait before doing it again. I say this is actually a good thing because psychedelics don’t really feed into your need for instant gratification, being that you’ll typically have to wait 1-2 weeks between trips to feel the same effect. Ideally, this should teach you patience and it also aids with cherishing and wanting to make the best of your trip when you do get a chance to do it again. Which makes it that much more special! :)
