Today was suppose to be my rest day but my anxiety was high and I felt my depression kick in.
I struggle with being bi-polar & today was just a hard day. So I got my ass up and did abs and upper body, all sets to failure.
Sauna , steam room & showered to take myself out.

-Haven’t posted much since my gallbladder removal surgery, but since I was cleared and got back to the gym and running again I am down 48 lbs in the last 6 weeks. I feel like myself again for the first time in 2 years… just have to keep pushing through the hard days and take care of myself mentally and physically- #mentalhealth #meday #gym by @xglittergremlinx
