After some soul searching, praying/meditating, and major career changes that I’ve taken on this year and mastered, I’m back!

The wonderful ladies @chicapower.fitness asked and @lilfigsmommy delivered.

We are back at it starting January 8th.
Back to the basics and growing together from there.

** I am still a little nervous to post this but here we go 🤷🏾‍♀️

September 2025 - September 2026

Grief, loss, postpartum, life changes, and everything else you can imagine attributed to the photo on the left. I decided to get my shit together and walk into the person I knew again. It was time. I locked in. No excuses, just results. The change wasn’t just physically. It was emotionally, mentally, and spiritually as well. I have to be the best version of myself for myself, my son, and everyone else around me that I love.
I’m so mfn proud of me! Just know, if I can, you can too! Find time. Give yourself grace. Show up when you don’t feel like it. It’ll pay off eventually, I promise.

To more life. To more progress. To being a healthier me!
