Returning to New York, we both felt a sense of letdown. The weather in New York is already a bit cooler—at 65 degrees Fahrenheit, I suddenly didn't even know what to wear.

Aaron still has a week of homework from the reading center left. I’m making him do two assignments a day, with me chasing him and pushing him along. We went to Trader Joe's to buy some groceries and came home. The burnout is slowly creeping back.

My original hope for the trip was simply to escape this kind of life. Going back home to visit family made me feel seen. Coming back to New York, it feels like I'm all alone again. Even though my husband and his parents say I am too soft on Aaron, I am also very confused. They won't make an effort to understand ADHD. I am the only one putting in the work. I’ve been struggling this whole time, too.

When traveling, I push all the everyday life troubles to the back of my mind. No grocery shopping, cooking, washing dishes, or cleaning. No rushing Aaron to do his homework and dealing with his daily meltdowns. No managing his screen time. No planning.

回到纽约我们都有种失落的感觉。纽约的天气已经是凉了一些，华氏65度忽然我都不知道该如何穿。

Aaron还剩下一个星期的补习班功课，我让他一天做两份，我追他推。去trader Joe's买了些食材回家。倦怠慢慢重新回来。

原本对旅行的期待就是想要逃离这种生活。回国探亲让我有了被看见的感觉。回到纽约又是一个人的感觉。虽然我老公爸妈说我对Aaron太软了，但我也很迷惑。他们不会尝试去理解多动症。只有我一个人努力。我也一直挣扎。

旅行的时候把生活的麻烦推到后脑了。不用买菜煮饭洗碗打扫卫生，不用赶Aaron做功课每天面对他的崩溃。不用控制他的电子产品时间。不用计划。

We discovered another food court in vivo city. It's called copitiem. It looks nicer than the food court on the top. The choices there look more appealing to me. But we are leaving today so no more chances to try. We decided to eat in this one called flint. Smoke duck tastes great.

今天是最后一天我们昨晚才发现这个熟食中心。逛了一圈我觉得这个估计是最合适我口味的是这个熟食中心，最后决定在flint这里吃。熏鸭好好吃。

Meah Im food court has a really good flavor. It's five minutes away from vivo City.

Vivo City 附近的meah im 熟食中心让我很惊喜。沙爹和炒贵刁都好好吃。个人觉得比vivo city楼顶和地下室的东西都好吃。
