Escucharse.
De tenerse paciencia, de reírse juntos,
de hacer equipo ♥️

🇬🇧 It’s not about speaking the same language,
it’s about understanding each other.
Listening. Being patient, laughing together,
being on the same team.

🇬🇧 These grey days made me realise I need to find it somewhere else, just so I don’t feel a bit low.

💪 GRWM for my third half marathon.
For me, comfort on race day is everything. It’s what helps you focus on the miles ahead and on reaching your goals.

I’ve trained with this @vo5 mega hold gel for every long run, so there was no way I was starting the race without it. 🏃‍♀️💪
Sometimes it’s the little things, like feeling prepared and comfortable, that make all the difference when you’re pushing yourself.

💪🏃🏼‍♀️👟🏅
