我感觉自己是树的观众，坐下来休息，看着牵狗狗散步的人，坐在对面休息的人，远处的声音，我向右边看去，多了一个带墨镜手拿杂志的女人，她带着🕶墨镜张望，并没有真的在看杂志。远处的狗狗看我拿起的手机，他一定捕捉到了某种注意力在它身上，它朝我的方向大叫。I feel like a spectator of the trees, sitting down to rest and watching people walking their dogs, others resting across the way, and the sounds drifting from afar. Glancing to my right, I notice a woman wearing sunglasses and holding a magazine; she is gazing around, not actually reading. A dog in the distance spots the phone I’ve picked up—sensing that my attention is fixed on it, it barks in my direction. by @xindichen11

Got this today: "Life is just fixing things here and there, walking through the world, and watering the flowers along the way..."For me, this dance piece has been very dense — in terms of power, personal space, and how fast you respond to the music. I can feel how sure Sasha is about the work, and I really admire how her personality and artistry become one. The way she explores movement quality — from both the physical and emotional side — is deep and clear. When a choreographer knows exactly what they're doing, the space becomes clear too. I think the density of this piece comes from that kind of certainty about movement and space.After three months of rehearsals (with breaks and other classes in between), I feel like the universe made this piece just for me at this stage — as a kind of test and challenge. Shout-out to the Love.Death.Love group. I loved our chat before the last show, Subin — about what little rituals we do before going on stage, aside from warming up, how we guide our thoughts and inner world, and how to trust the rhythm that's already in your body. She was steady and flexible the whole time, supporting everyone.Chenyi — during the Wedding dance material, I remember her water-like energy and her ease, like strolling through a garden — those light, understated exchanges and clear, airy responses. Lily's way of opening up space in her movements, her self-assurance, and that High C laugh she lets out when she needs a chill moment — that's how she releases. Mateusz is the only male performer in our group. His dancing has detail and a kind of majestic, multi-edged quality. He shifts easily between different ways of moving, fitting into everyone's vibe. I also remember how disciplined yet relaxed he was with learning languages — bringing every single word and funny sentence into the dance space.I've graduated from this piece.
