Some people come into your life to teach you something… and end up giving you so much more than you ever expected. 🥹❤️

A HUGE thank you to Sam from @muscles_in_motion_routines
Not only are you the most incredible posing coach, but somewhere between the endless practice, corrections, laughs and moments of frustration, I gained a friendship I never saw coming. 🫶

As a fellow mum, hardworking businesswoman and someone who gives so much of herself to others, you inspire me more than you probably realise.

Your time, patience, encouragement, love and unwavering belief in me have meant more than words can explain. Even when I doubted myself, you never stopped reminding me of the one thing that mattered most… my WHY ❤️

And that has been the biggest lesson of all. Not about getting every pose perfect, but remembering why I started, what I’m working towards and why I keep showing up, even when it’s hard.

You haven’t just taught me how to pose. You’ve taught me to trust myself, back myself and never lose sight of my purpose.

I’m so incredibly grateful for you, Sam. For the coach you are, the woman you are and the beautiful friendship we’ve built along the way.

The posing may have brought us together, but the friendship is what I’ll treasure most. ❤️

Here’s to strong women supporting strong women. 💪✨
