Pulled Pork Sliders

Win or lose you know I’m still rockin with the Tide… tough game last night but I got a feeling we’ll see the dawgs again in the playoffs 👀.

Great food for an unfortunate game.

@poncho_outdoors still makin the best shirts money can buy. Go load up on em. If you’re still sleeping on @timberbbqco you are missing out big time. By far the best seasonings and sauces out there son!

Wings & Cheeseburgers

Had some buddies over to watch the Tide roll, and wings were heavily requested. Threw some cheeseburgers on for good measure.

We forgot about the Ibérico ribs… reckon I’ll have to throw those on the Egg today.

Damn good food, damn good football, and damn good times with some damn good folks. Roll Tide.

Blackened Blackfish Tacos

Fresh blackfish/triple tail is one of those things that’ll ruin regular fish for you. Comparing it to your everyday catch is about like comparing a Sonic cheeseburger to a Wagyu tomahawk.

Can’t take much credit for these - I was riding shotgun while Chef McAleer Asphalt worked his magic. He’s got this recipe dialed in, and I’m not exaggerating when I say this might’ve been the best fish I’ve ever eaten.

Blackened, loaded into tacos, and GAWN in about 2 minutes.

Damn fine eatin’, son. 🤝🔥

Wagyu Pastrami Beef Ribs

When dad told me he was finally upgrading to that XL @biggreenegg I knew we had to do a special inaugural cook on her. Decided on these wagyu beef ribs from @snakeriverfarms and tossed em in a 5 day brine from @girlscangrill. No lie, this very well might be the best damn thing I have ever put on the grill. Damn good eatin son!

Smoked Flounder

Had our first and only Jubilee of the summer last weekend, and you know we had to throw those flounder on the @biggreenegg. Straight outta Mobile Bay and onto the Egg… doesn’t get any fresher than that! Fine eatin right here son.

Beef Tenderloin

Ain’t nun fancy here… just a classic beef tenderloin smoked to perfection on the @biggreenegg. 🔥🥩

And always remember—top your steaks with a little garlic butter and take it to the next level.

RIP to the 🐐 Dolly.

Chicken Caesar Wraps

Been taking a little break from the cooking and videos but we’re back, until surgery this week….
Nothing crazy here but a damn good lunch after a long weekend. Could go the extra mile on the health and do grilled chicken but what’s the fun in that.

Ribeye & Filet

For the last year or so I switched from cooking steaks directly over fire to using the @biggreenegg cast iron plate. It gives you that perfect crust while retaining the juices every time. I’ll put my steaks up against anyone son. You already know that grilled okra was HITTIN as well… Damn good eatin!
