CRISPY MASALA DOSA

This recipe makes: 10-12 dosas

Tips:
1. If you do not have IP, then Keep the batter covered for fermentation in a warmest place of your house. If the batter doesn’t rise in 8 hours, keep it for a couple of hours more.

2. Batter should not too thick while making dosas. Add water to adjust consistency.

3. While grinding, grind the batter to a fine-rava like consistency. Not too smooth, not too coarse.

4. Serve dosas hot.

5. You can refrigerate leftover batter for upto 3 days.

Let me know in the comments, if you have any questions. by @xmutekzkfcjo
