Mi amor,
Today we celebrate you as a father. Watching you be a girl dad is the sweetest thing I get to witness in life. You live being outnumbered with so much grace. You’ll always be the fun parent even though you come home tired you’re always ready to play. You teach them the hard things I can’t, you discipline them when they need it. You always make sure they feel heard but don’t let them give up. They’re always so giddy to come show you their hair and outfit because they know you’re jaw is gonna drop, your eyes are gonna sparkle & you’re going to let them know how beautiful they look. Your arms are their safe place when they feel scared or need to reset. They know when daddy’s home cause they hear your music from around the corner & they run to the door. Thank you for all the things you do seen and unseen for our babies. Thank you for showing them what a father’s love should look like. Thank you for healing the little girl in me with everything you do for them. You’re their favorite part of the day & mine too.

There’s never been anyone that has changed my entire identity, patience, & capability from the very beginning of their existence & year after year like my Alessia has. Our first born 🎀 She loves and feels so deeply at such a little age. She’s the best big sister Ailani could ever have. She’s healed my inner little girl so much already. I never want to stop laying next to you as you fall asleep, or brushing your curly tips. Heavenly Father, thank you for accepting me just as I was many years ago. Your hand pulled me out of darkness time and time again. This was long over due. My walk with Christ has been far from perfect, but He saw me at my worse and still chose me. I’m undeserving of His love but He says I am worth it. I am reborn again. Romans‬ ‭6‬:‭4‬ says “We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.” Yesterday, my faith was loud, I was surrounded by my loved ones and got baptized through the Holy Spirit of Christ and it was one of the best days of my life!!

I pray every single one of you gets to experience this kind of love, the kind of love and security that only the King of Kings can give. You are deserving of it. He’s just waiting for you 🫶🏽
