I’ve always believed that beauty isn’t about adding more or changing yourself—it’s about feeling good and a lot of that has to do with clearing away what no longer serves us.

In Nahuatl, Xochitl means flower, and that’s exactly my mission: to help your natural features “bloom” by supporting your body’s internal filtration system.

Underrated skincare product: your natural facial oils.

Working on balancing the natural microbiome on your skin is the most important. This will preserve your skin better than any other product out there.

Unfortunately, I learned this the hard way. I started getting acne when I was 13 and I’ve struggled with it since. I realized that “treating” my skin with actives all the time, was not making it better, instead it was making it worse, because now I had a weak skin barrier.

So I learned to listen to what my skin is needing day to day.

I can’t say I’m completely in the clear and it’s taken me some time to get my skin barrier back to normal but one thing is for certain… the day I stopped using so many actives, not being scared of the oil on my face and using more moisturizer than I thought I needed my skin began to heal.

Of course everybody’s skin is different and there are a lot of factors. But if you are a sensitive, dry or even combination (like me) skin type girl, taking into consideration what you’re washing your face with might help you find a balance in your routine and your skin.

I’m so happy to share a little more about the heart behind Xochi Face.

Xochi is a reflection of everything I believe in and love. At its core, I believe beauty isn’t about changing who we are—it’s about returning to ourselves. It’s about restoration, reconnection, and coming home.

That’s what sculpting lymphatic drainage facials are for me: a beautiful balance between physical transformation and soulful restoration. A practice that helps release tension, encourage flow, and create space for us to soften into ourselves again.

When we nurture both body and spirit, we give ourselves the opportunity to bloom.

@xochiface lymphatic facial was just what I needed.

Has anyone else around here been low key dying from allergies again suddenly? Been waking up with puffy eyes and so much inflammation/congestion.

This was just what the doctor ordered. Helped reduce the inflammation, detox that excess fluid retention in my neck, shoulders and face. And it was so relaxing 🥹 literally fell asleep for a minute during the scalp massage .. gets me every time.

I’m so excited to be sharing this experience with others. To me, this work is not just about supporting the lymphatic system or sculpting the face—which is amazing in itself. There’s also an exchange that happens deeper than the skin.

My table is not just here to melt muscular tension away. It is prepared before you walk in the door and set with the intention of helping release the root cause of that tension.

I know it might sound crazy, but it’s interesting how our face is one of the greatest representatives of our emotions. Our lips, eyes, forehead, nose, cheekbones, and chin all tell stories.
