A glorious sky and sunset eve at The Rady Shell at Jacob’s Park in San Diego seeing Bob Dylan.

They announced no photographs at the beginning of the concert and there was hardly any light on stage! 🤣
Then Dylan walked out in a hoodie looking like a monk. He did songs you would know but he didn’t sing the chorus. This made me laugh!

It was hysterically Bob the maestro doing what the fuck he wants.

Great band with a new take on old songs with a twist.

I never watch basketball but I got hooked on watching the last three games of The Spurs VS The Knicks.

Other than reposting other’s people’s IG posts of the world or great music or animal posts, I have intentionally not been creating original content for the last two months.

Yes, to take a break but mostly to grieve my friend Christine Choy’s passing this past December 2025.

Work and then the holidays and then diving into The Roundabout’s CHINESE REPUBLICANS precluded such personal things.

But I am grateful I finally got a chance to take a moment and reflect on my friendship with Chris.

Above I attended her memorial at NYU Tisch where she taught for so many years and so happy I got to see so many of her long time friends.

There will be another memorial for Chris for the Asian American community in NYC in July.

I was honored to be asked to Emcee but alas I will be working again and out of town during that time. Such is an actors life. Good to be working on a great project but I also regret not being able to attend. 😵‍💫😓

As actors we oftentimes miss weddings and funerals. Such is the nature of our profession and our lives.

Please no condolences necessary. I am well and will carry on. 💖🙏🌟😊 by @xojodilong

Today is the last matinee of
CHINESE REPUBLICANS! @roundaboutnyc

It’s been quite a week and this was only a small part of all my family and friends from the NY area and up and down the country who came to see our show!

My only regret is I didn’t get pics of all the folks who came!

So blessed and happy to see you all and have you in my life. Truly. 🌟🙏💖

As Chinese Republicans winds down for our last 5 performances this weekend,

I caught an off-Broadway show at @roundaboutnyc, to support the NYC theater community and one of my dear friends @xojodilong. She and the cast were incredible. “Chinese Republicans” is fabulous and funny! @hemeiling @chayyew and the union crews —@actorsequity @sdc_union @atpam1 @iatse @iatselocal52 @unitedscenicartists — put on a powerful show.
