I think party favors might be one of my favorite parts of planning a party and they’ve become my usual contribution. 🍦🩷✨

For my goddaughter’s 5th birthday ice cream social, I wanted something cute and on theme, but also something the kids could actually use. So everyone got their own little ice cream bowl + spoon with a $5 Rita’s gift card tucked inside, so they can enjoy another ice cream day later. 🤍

I really only planned on moving a few things around in his room and somehow that turned into reorganizing the whole thing.

A little decluttering, a lot of Lego sorting, reorganizing his art space, moving a few things around and giving everything a place. I wanted the room to feel a little more organized and intentional while still being a space that feels like him - Legos, books, art and all. 🤍

Just a random Saturday of reorganizing that somehow turned into a full room refresh because apparently I don’t know how to just move a few things around. by @xoxokeisha

My fiancé gifted me tickets to see Olivia Dean for my birthday, and when I realized I’d be going alone, I was definitely nervous. I’ve never gone to a concert by myself and for a second I really questioned if I wanted to do it.

But I went anyway… and I’m SO glad I did.

The show was amazingggg. Olivia’s energy, the whimsy, the femininity of it all. I loved every minute.

And maybe this is part of 35 for me too. Learning that just because someone can’t come with me doesn’t mean I have to miss out on something I really want to experience. I can go. I can enjoy myself. I can make the memory anyway.

Summer baking 🧁☀️🏖️

We really enjoy watching baking competitions together, and we just finished Summer Baking Championship. Chase is always asking when we’re going to go on the show 😂

Now, I’m definitely no pastry chef, but when I came across this Beach Day cupcake kit, I thought it would be the perfect way to bring our own little baking competition to life at home.

Summer so far ☀️

At the end of the school year, I shared Chase’s summer basket and said this summer we’d be focusing on learning, playing, getting outside, and making memories together.

So far, we’ve done exactly that.

Beach days, puzzles, learning new skills, pool parties, mini golf, movie dates, and slowing down enough to appreciate little moments, like a rainbow after a summer storm.
