More vessel studies for my upcoming mindful art class.🏺

Have you heard the concept that calm is not the opposite of anxiety, creativity actually is? Toggle switch to creativity and your brain can’t be anxious? Fascinating. Instead of forcing stillness or meditation try moving, cooking, writing, gardening, rearranging furniture or maybe some collaging! See what you think?

Happy Friday!!✨

Made this after waking up 3 mornings in a row due to the birds right outside my window. Inspiration is everywhere, I guess? 💙🩵

PORTUGAL! I got to turn 46 in Portugal and it was truly a dream come true!!🫒🍇🇵🇹 Celebrating my birthday and our 20th anniversary was better than we ever could have hoped. Meeting our friends @wendystevenshandbags and @wmwkstone in Porto and traveling to the highest tower in Portugal down to the sandy beaches of the coast will always be one of my favorite memories. Take the trip. Do the thing!

Making a few more of these sticker collages for holiday markets! I enjoy this process sooooo much.

I make the collage using stickers from my Antiquarian books, cut out the design, mount it with foam adhesive to black cardstock, sometimes add gold behind windows, and then matte! It’s so addictive you can make your own… or purchase ones made by me for gifts this year!
