“G. Cam Jefferson, Gainesville–Jefferson was a big part of the Cardinals’ first ever state title berth this season. The guard led the team in scoring at over 15 points per game. He has flashed an ability to be deadly on offense, because the smooth lefty guard has a great pull-up jump shot extending to three-point range. Defenders have to respect his ability to drive and finish with either hand, so that shot is often there. A threat to pick pockets and run, Jefferson has star potential.”

Cam is officially BACK in the weight room after a scheduled 30-day reset! 🏋️‍♂️ After giving his body a full month to recover from a grueling summer, he is kicking off this new block with an absolute burner.
Before transitioning back to heavy lifting and low reps, the focus right now is volume and endurance. He just crushed an exhaustive 25-minute full upper body workout designed to prime the muscles.
Here is the exact routine (3 sets total, no resting time between sets until the burnout set):
💪 The Comeback Workout:
* Kneeling Bicep Curls into Reverse Shoulder & Trap Raises | 3 x 10 @ 65 lbs
* Kneeling Upright Rows into Shoulder Presses | 3 x 10 @ 65 lbs
* Incline Bench Press | 3 x 10 @ 65 lbs
* 3-Series Differentiated Dumbbell Chest Presses | 3 x 10 @ 25 lbs
* Upper Back Rows | 3 x 10 @ 65 lbs
