When your network fee, product price, and merchant settlement all speak different currencies, someone is always absorbing hidden slippage.

On @arc, @USDC is the native gas. Same exact unit from customer checkout to network validation to merchant payout. Sub-second deterministic finality means done is done—no confirmation counting, no volatile gas reserve on the balance sheet.

In our agent payment testnet run, a 0.01000 USDC payment settled with a 0.00005 network fee and delivered 0.00995 directly to the merchant wallet in block 51,827,646 across 12/12 automated checks.

@XPayrPay builds checkout, payouts, and autonomous agent payments on these rails. Still testnet, USDC-only, no real funds.

What part of your payment stack gets simpler when every single number stays in dollars?

Much of what we call payment code isn't about payments. It's compensation.

A retry ladder because finality was a probability. A top-up screen for a volatile token, so the customer could spend dollars they already had. None of that moves money. It apologizes for the rail underneath.

On @arc, some of those paths have nothing left to do. @USDC is the native gas, so amount, fee and payout stay in one unit. Finality is deterministic and sub-second — done means done. Full EVM meant our verifier and reconciliation carried over untouched: the agent demo settled 0.01000 USDC, 0.00005 fee, 12/12 checks.

@XPayrPay runs checkout, payouts and agent payments there. Still testnet, USDC-only, no real funds.

Which part of your codebase is apologizing for infrastructure?

Most payment stacks ask you to take their word for it.

The fee logic, the hold policy, the reason a payout landed short — all of it sits behind a dashboard you can read but never inspect. You learn how the system really works the first time it works against you.

XPayr makes the parts that matter checkable, not promised. Node, PHP, Laravel, Postman and webhooks are public and MIT. The 0.5% fee is quoted before payment, snapshotted at checkout, and the recipient stays locked in config. Settlement goes straight to the merchant wallet, T+0 — funds never enter our balance sheet, so there is no reserve to hold back and no float to explain.

Trust is not a feature. Verifiability is.

When did you last read the actual rules you get settled under?

Your checkout is the one screen where another company's branding can quietly take credit for your sale.

You paid for the click, earned the trust, answered the objections, and then the payment step arrives wearing someone else's logo like they closed the deal. That is not infrastructure. That's your brand getting leased back to you.

XPayr can stay a payment link when speed matters, sit as a widget inside your existing flow, or run fully white-label when the whole experience needs to remain yours. Eight languages, RTL included. Settlement still goes straight to the merchant wallet T+0, because the funds never enter our balance sheet.

At what step does your customer stop feeling like they are paying you?

Every migration budget has a lie in it. The spreadsheet assumes the chain move means a rewrite: new verifier, new reconciliation, a fresh pile of edge cases someone will discover at 2am.

Arc broke that expectation for us. It is a Circle network, full EVM, and @USDC is the native gas token, so the Solidity, verifier and reconciliation work moved over while the payment math got simpler instead of stranger.

Our agent demo on @arc still settled 0.01000 USDC with a 0.00005 fee, block 51,827,646, 12/12 checks passed, webhook delivered.

Still testnet, no real funds.

What part of your sta ck are you still over-budgeting for because every other chain taught you to?

Most checkout bugs are not bugs. They're negotiations happening after the customer already clicked pay.

The fee was quoted one way, then risk re-priced it. The recipient wallet got changed in an ops panel. The payment sat long enough for the rate to move, and now finance is explaining a transaction nobody thought was still editable.

@XPayrPay closes that argument before the customer pays: 0.5% quoted before payment, snapshotted at checkout, recipient locked in config, and the quote expires if it goes stale. Then settlement goes straight to the merchant wallet, T+0, because we never hold the funds at all.

How many people can still change your payout after the customer has paid?

The weirdest thing about payment infrastructure is how often the smallest amount creates the biggest process.

A $0.20 refund or pay-per-minute charge is not technically hard. It becomes awkward when the rail, the fee token and the reconciliation overhead cost more attention than the payment itself.

On @arc, @USDC is the gas. Amount in, network fee and merchant payout stay in the same unit, with sub-second deterministic finality so done means done. Our agent payment demo settled 0.01000 USDC, paid a 0.00005 fee, and delivered 0.00995 to the merchant after 12/12 checks.

@XPayrPay runs checkout, payouts and agent payments on that rail now. Still testnet, USDC-only, no real funds.

What process only exists because the amount is smaller than the overhead?

Most payment stacks stop caring the second the money arrives.

The sale landed. Great. Now finance has to split it between the marketplace, the seller, the referrer, maybe ops. So the "payment solution" hands you a CSV, a spreadsheet ritual and three transfers someone has to approve later.

XPayr does the split at settlement. Revenue splitter for the percentages, settlement router for where funds land, mass payouts when one batch makes more sense than forty clicks. Customer pays, funds settle T+0 to merchant wallets. They never sit on our balance sheet.

If your payment processor ends at "received", who owns the mess after that?

Month-end is where a lot of "cheap crypto payments" quietly become accounting work.

The customer paid in dollars. The network fee was charged in a different token. Finance reconciled it with two exchange rates, one timestamp dispute and a spreadsheet nobody wanted to own.

On @arc, @USDC is the gas. Payment amount, network fee and merchant payout all live in the same unit. Our agent demo settled 0.01000 USDC, paid a 0.00005 fee, and delivered 0.00995 to the merchant after 12/12 checks.

@XPayrPay runs checkout, payouts and agent payments on that rail now. Still testnet, USDC-only, no real funds.

How much of your reconciliation exists only because the fee token is different from the payment token?

A payment stack can be easy to start and still hard to leave.

The hosted link gets you live. Then the business grows, engineering arrives, and “simple” turns into a dependency you can’t inspect. Convenience was never the problem. Lock-in was.

XPayr keeps both doors open: payment links, widget or white-label for no-code; Node, PHP, Laravel, Postman and webhooks for developers — public, MIT. Eight languages, RTL included.

Under every route, settlement stays the same: customer pays, funds go straight to the merchant wallet T+0. They never enter our balance sheet.

No-code should mean quick start, not permanent captivity.

Which part of your payment stack could you replace tomorrow?

Nobody chose the monthly subscription. It's a rounding error we agreed to live with.

A month is not a natural unit of software. It's the smallest interval where the payment stopped looking silly next to the price — so an API call became a seat, a seat became a plan, and a plan became a year you forgot to cancel.

@arc moves that floor. @USDC is the native gas, fees are denominated in dollars, finality is sub-second and deterministic. Our agent demo settled 0.01000 USDC with a 0.00005 fee.

Per-request API billing. Payroll that streams by the hour. A refund worth less than the coffee.

@XPayrPay runs checkout, payouts and agent payments on it — Arc testnet, USDC-only, no real funds.

What would you bill by the minute if the billing were free?

Ask a merchant what a sale is actually worth and most answer with a range.

Not because they can't do the math. Because the final number is decided after the fact: a rate here, a rolling reserve held back there, a settlement landing somewhere between two days and thirty. You booked revenue. What you hold is an estimate with a timestamp on it.

XPayr quotes the fee before the payment, snapshots it at checkout, locks the recipient in config, and expires the quote if it goes stale. 0.5%, and nothing gets re-priced mid-flight.

Then it settles straight to your wallet, T+0 — it never enters our balance sheet at all.

A sale should be a number, not a range.

What did your last payout come in at, versus what you expected?
