One of my favorite times of day is when the sun starts to set. It’s a reminder that tomorrow is a new day so enjoy the peace that nightfall brings.

Pikes Peak, CO
This mountain was discovered by Zebulon Pike in 1806 and was officially named in 1820 after Edwin James had climbed to the summit. Today it is accessible in three ways. Driving, hiking, or the cog railway starting in Manitou Springs, traversing up the Rockies. The views are breathtaking, but be careful, it may just take your breath away.

With the rain coming back, it makes the creeks and waterfalls more powerful, and makes the trees look more vibrant. Also, the touch of fall looks great as well.

On the border of the Enchantments and on the other side of Mount Stuart. It’s larch season in the mountains but Winter is already coming.
