FIGS RETREAT: Day 1♥️✨

Arrived and immediately felt welcomed with open arms. So grateful I got to be here, surrounded by such incredible people and already feeling so much connection, warmth, and excitement for what was ahead.

Feeling incredibly thankful for the experience and for every moment of it. 🤍🫶🏼 by @xraybestie

FIGS RETREAT: Day 2 🤍✨

A day filled with movement, stillness, reflection, and connection. We started with Pilates and meditation, then created space to reflect on grief, feel our emotions, and honor everything that comes with being human & healthcare workers⚕️

Ended the day with a beautiful dinner and so many meaningful conversations. Feeling grateful for the space to slow down, feel deeply, and be present for it all.🫶🏼✨

& like the song says “as long as I got you” … as long as I got my FIGS family I know I’ll be okay 🤞🏼 by @xraybestie

FIGS RETREAT: Day 3 … the final day🤍✨

A beautiful final day filled with yoga, self-reflection, meaningful conversations, and lots of group hugs. 🫶🏼 This retreat gave us the chance to truly unplug from the reality of being healthcare workers — to slow down, breathe, reconnect with ourselves, and simply be present.

Leaving with a full heart and so much gratitude for the space to reflect, feel, and connect with such an incredible group of people.

So incredibly thankful to FIGS for creating this experience and reminding us that caring for others starts with making space to care for ourselves, too. 🤍

Taking these memories, lessons, and connections with me long after the retreat ends. ✨
