Marathon #2. 100% effort based. Total body-mind endurance. Jakarta first timer—s/o to @adystrabimo @falkesuma @jakartarunningfestival its been long coming! My second go at the distance and notched a sweet 3h56, 112th overall, 54th national. Beyond stoked with the result. This year is personal as my goal was dedicated to practicing practice right and to experiment being in a race without the pressure of a race. Proven natural effort always pays off. Nothing beats the mental game sticking to one thought for 3++ hours! Everything-goes-according-to-plan 👏🏼 Reward: 35mins cut from my last attempt with zero cramps. Call it a win! Big shout out to sneaky @mdrawnn for signing me up back in June glad that I said yes, @amorr2121 my biggest supporter in the past 12 weeks I l y <3, @clubsport63 for the company at 20-27km wouldn’t survive rasuna hell w/o you, @m.h.thoyib that was the sweetest liquid I never knew I needed, RAGE crew for all the training socials and the loudest cheer in the game @runningrage , @fieldwayfieldway gang for setting the post-race hot talk & cold drinks and lastly to @asicsid for the speed boost 🌪️Sub 4:00 baby ❤️‍🔥 by @xstefti

Our Mountain Friend, @xstefti, took on Australia’s Blue Mountains solo, tackling hikes and finding peace in the wilderness.
