On Saturday 11th July 2026 (and 12th x) I met someone I have adored since 2014. Since I watched the Disney Channel Original Movie Zapped and searched the end credits for who played Tripp. I remember reading the name Jedidiah Goodacre and thinking that’s the most interesting name I’ve ever heard. I’d always say it sounded like the name of an Elvish Prince. But that was it. Just a name. Just a face. He didn’t mean much to me then, but his character obviously intrigued me enough to want to know the actor who played him. Fast forward 12 years and this man is not only my favourite actor but one of my favourite people. And as told by him online and now finally in person, I’m one of his. We’ve interacted so many times over the years. From likes and replies on my comments, to DMs, to face timing him in 2023 and chatting to him on Twitch when he streamed for all of 5 minutes 😂 He recognised me straight away which I didn’t think he would. I thought I’d have to tell him my name (which he obviouslyyyyyy knows) but no. He waved to me when I was a couple of people back in the queue, then when it was our turn, asked Mia if she was with this stranger. I walked up like ?? Excuse me??? (I was convinced he genuinely thought I was a stranger lmao) then he was like, I think I know who this is. Then he said a load of gibberish beginning with the letter S before saying my full name :’) Stephanie Taylor? 😎😎😎 I was so surprised he knew me by my face because it’s been three years since we video chatted. During the professional photo, asked me what pose I wanted, I said holding hands. We struggled for a second to get our arms to cooperate :’) we got it eventually then he put his other hand on top of mine <333 then hugged me and said “It’s so fucking good to see you.”

Thank you Jedidiah Goodacre for treating me with so much kindness and love and taking your time with me. Sorry I cried. Hope I didn’t get makeup on your clothes. 💖 lots of love, from your “favourite person I’ve met this whole time.”

In all seriousness though, my boi !! did !! that !! I still canny believe he’s in #caos. So many people are asking who plays Dorian Gray cause they love him. Those people can fuck off. If you didn’t love him at his The Tripp in Disney Channels 2014 cinematic genius that is Zapped, you don’t deserve him at his Dorian Gray. 😔😤

I really wish I was one of those types of people who post monthly photo dumps but I don’t do anything worth taking photos of so heres my face multiple times (next to a previous post of my face multiple times) looking the best it’s ever looked.
