Iron sharpens iron, but fire refines. 🔥

Today’s Faith and Flow meeting was a powerful reminder that the friction we experience on the mats, and in life, isn’t meant to destroy us. It’s meant to change us.

Every tough round, every technical adjustment, and every shared moment of vulnerability is part of the process. We don’t just train to get better at Jiu-Jitsu; we train to let go of the excess and reveal what is resilient, pure, and true underneath.
