Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it when it comes to calling Tina my close friend.

Over the past few months, she’s put in real work—showing up consistently, pushing through challenges, and staying committed even when it wasn’t easy. Watching that level of dedication up close has been genuinely inspiring.

Ive been at this for 15 years + and it is my passion. Bodybuilding has sharpened me mentally and gave me confidence I never dreamed of.
