Okay, Aldo, what’s Wine Simple 3? #wine #wineandfood #winepairing by @xtinem

A good name works on multiple levels. Proud to have landed this one for the Peruvian Japanese restaurant @papasannyc. (Bonus: Chef @llama_erik loves the Clash.) Thanks @polonskyandfriends for bringing me into this great project. 📸 @nytimes by @xtinem

@meerasodha’s recipes have made my home happier for over a decade. To celebrate her brilliant new cookbook, Dinner, I hosted a (standing) dinner in my not-quite finished home for an incredible group of women. Thanks to Meera for jumping in on the matcha mochi cake decoration, and to @seechaey for cooking such a feast. Butter paneer for all! Wines by @barbichettewines by @xtinem
