searching for a silence we couldn’t find, we took to the mountains.

the biting cold breeze up there embraced us with a warmth unlike anything we’d felt before. the people we met along the way, in tiny shops, and other places we wandered about, carried a realness about them that reminded us to return to the people we used to be before all the noise cramped our heads. cradled in the music of the valleys, the heaviness in our chests finally bled away into the mist, replacing exhaustion with peace and clarity.

we returned, filled with stillness and stories, and memories to cherish for a lifetime.

and just like that, this happened.

first time performing our tracks live, sharing the stage with two people who have played very special and significant roles in our journey with indie music, turning the evening into an experience we'll cherish dearly forever. endless love and gratitude to @evugin.emmanuel and @vox.tina for being a part of this new chapter, bringing their life and soul to the set.

big thanks to all the people who came together to make this happen, especially @haniyanafisaa for having us at this beautiful event, @devilinsiderecords and @wraithv.ofc for making us a part of such an incredible lineup, @afsal._.mk for encouraging us to give it a shot, and @wearetheboom_ for always being nothing short of home.

thanks also to all our friends and loved ones who travelled to be with us on this day, and to all those who lent us their ears and hearts throughout the set, listening to our music and keeping us going.

to our friends and loved ones who travelled to be with us, and to everyone who listened, sang along, and gave our music your time, ears, and hearts, thank you.

we hope our music continues to speak to you, and to hear you out.

this is a video that got stuck in my gallery for over a year—something i didn’t post because of poor aesthetics or rather my insecurity, tbh. this song is very close to my heart, though.

felt like sharing it. might delete soon. by @xtogeo

from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for listening, for making space for this song in your playlists, for passing it on to new hopeless romantics, and for letting it find a home in your world.

We have officially, quite serendipitously settled into the role of cool uncle and auntie to other people's kids.

Of the many recipients of our love is our favourite indie artist, best buddy, and goodest boy of all—@wearetheboom_'s very own @sabu_patty 🐾

Sabu makes his way into our conversations with his music, charm, little mischief and big heart. It fills us with joy and fulfilment to know that this cutie feels comfortable in our presence, trusts us enough to lay himself down beside us, and loves us enough to wag his tail enthusiastically when we walk into his home.

Taken during @abhiraman_official live at @watbstudios a few weeks back, this video feels like a warm hug. This, I think, is what heaven on earth looks like!
