A film project based on a story investigates the dynamic between subjective perceptions and the objective reality of trees, highlighted by the violence directed towards them.

Our new title is here! I had my eyes on Xunzi’s photographs for a while... Eventually I contacted her to ask if I could dive in and spend some time with them. She let me inside her realm, and after some time spent floating among these images, this creature emerged. We couldn’t name it.

This universe was imagined by Xunzi Wang, pierced together by Ali Beşikçi, sealed by Anna Seghedoni and assembled by Ofset Yapımevi.

“I try to convey the world as I perceive it through images. To open the heart to truly see and feel the power of everything that miraculously exists in this universe and the power of life. Learning to be as passionate as the earth, to simply be, to dance with light, love and all that is between nature. 在北京拍了拍可爱的何燕儿老师，MengjiNongga是贵州方言里一声回家吃饭的呼唤，品牌全部利用回收珍贵的天然面料被裁剪后剩余的碎布头进行二次创造，建立了一个可以循环使用天然纺织品的环保生态系统，也为贵州村庄的妇女们带来了经济，非常棒的流动的可持续循环平等交换模式。同时在北京工作室里的阿姨们通过双手用传统的老式织布机一点一点赋予布料碎片新生，这种停留在记忆里的传统手工艺画面竟然在一个现代城市里被她默默守护着并呈献给我们💧听她说话的时候可以看到她眼睛里一闪一闪的星星✨

在加速和遗忘的时代，总有人选择截然不同的方向，真实的连接、关怀，爱与创造，这些都无法被算法生成。
而也恰恰是像这样看似微小的选择却指引了更宏大的方向，人类的生存意义与行动。 by @xunzil
