I don’t trust my memory to run my business.

Not because I’m forgetful… because memory is the least reliable system there is.

Every task goes on the checklist the second it exists. You never delete it. You finish it or move it. The day isn’t over until every box is checked or pushed.

Most agencies sell you volume.

More posts, more reach, more impressions… because that’s the easy part to deliver and the easy part to put in a report.

But volume was never the problem.

You can post every day and still not book a single call.

What actually moves the business is content built to convert… a real strategy, your actual voice, a hook that pulls the right person in.

That’s harder, so most agencies just quietly skip it and send you a reach graph instead.

Don’t judge your content by views.

Judge it by what it sells.

Most business owners think moving up a tier means working harder.

It’s the opposite.

The bottom 50% try to fix their content by doing more of it… more hours, more grinding.

The top 1% did the reverse: they built a system and took themselves out of it.

The tell? If you stopped showing up tomorrow, would your content stop too?

If the answer’s yes, that’s your tier, and it’s more fixable than you think.

Vanity metrics are dead. We’re in a world of INTEREST MEDIA, not social media… the algorithm now serves your content to exactly who it’s for.

So stop making content for views.

Make it for the person who actually buys.

Judge every post by one question: did it move a buyer, or did it just look good? by @xxivmax

YouTube is a data game.

If you don’t know how to read the data, it’s going to be extremely hard to win.

Just because it’s organic content, doesn’t mean you don’t have to follow data. Data driven decisions will always win by @xxivmax

Everyone bootstraps content and I don’t get why.

Everybody knows content is the entire game right now and yet people think they can do it as one man show or just on a whim and find the success they’re looking for.

The top players in the space who succeed with content understand that they need somebody, an expert, to do the content with them. by @xxivmax
