Waray pa ngan naka get over gud han Detox Concert in Manila, may pa OOR in cinema liwat 😲!

Pero syempre, nagkita gihapon 😆. I was able to enjoy it again with my fellow OOR fans! May pa freebies pa from the cinema and from a fan ❤. Sulit ang byahe 🤭! Salamat gihap sa pa welcome 😄!

My first One Ok Rock concert was really unforgettable. Honestly, all of my concert experiences have been unforgettable so far 🫶. Watching it on the big screen was a new experience! It's as if we were one of the 70,000+ fans in the Nissan Stadium with the cheering, singing and head banging we did in the cinema! And I also got a closer look at them on the big screen ☺.

Again, happy birthday to Taka 💐! It was actually the day of the cinema screening.

PS: Taka is really very charismatic! 🤭🫶

Just glad to hear live the song that got me into One Ok Rock, their song We Are, during the Detox Tour in Manila. And I can't help singing and banging my head along with them 😄.

I'm a fan of anime and manga which later evolved to having interest in anything Japanese 😆. Being the first Japanese band that I saw in a Filipino media platform (MYX ✌) way back 2017, I immediately got interested in the music of One Ok Rock. This made me tune into their album releases and got hooked in their genre and album themes.

Hope to see more of One Ok Rock! 🤟🫶

March 2026 will not end without me posting my first One Ok Rock concert!

After a long time of wanting to watch a live concert of One Ok Rock, finally, I was able to attend their concert in Manila! I was finally able to hear their live singing, especially the Japanese verses of their songs 😄✌. And, One Ok Rock did not disappoint! The whole concert was fire 🔥! Taka, Toru, Ryota and Tomoya were all great 🫶. I was beyond satisfied! In addition to that, the crowd/fans were all lively and hyped which added to the whole concert experience. I was also able to witness a mosh pit for the first time. It really looked fun!

Aside, from the epic concert experience, I was also able to meet and befriend other One Ok Rock fans. My supposed solo journey to the concert became a group experience because of them. Special thanks to my officemate who introduced me to her friend who was also a fan, then entered me to a group chat of fellow fans who became my companion during the concert 😆. We passed the time before the concert hunting for freebies and signing a banner as a gift for the band.

Thank you to One Ok Rock for coming back to the Philippines and performing their great songs! The experience was unforgettable. I am already looking forward to their next concert. I hope to attend the concert in the VIP tier and join the mosh pit next time! 😄🤟

🌼 January in Frames 🌼

January passed by so fast, and now we’re on to the next. Looking back, so many things have already happened in just one month. One moment we were welcoming the new year, and suddenly we found ourselves experiencing loss and grief. But despite everything that has happened, let us still look on the brighter side of things! ☺

I always look forward to January because it is special for me. With everything that has happened, what stood out most was, of course, the celebration of my special day! 🥳 For this, I just want to thank everyone for their greetings and well wishes. Also, it's my first time to celebrate my day while traveling with friends. And I'm very thankful to them because I feel like we've celebrated it so much. 😄🫶

Through all of this, I am always thankful for the gift of life and always do my best to make the most of it. 💕

For the rest of 2026, I wish for this year to be good to me and to everyone. 🍀

Since winter has arrived in the Land of K-Dramas, I just want to reminisce about my first snowfall. 🌨

17 March 2025, on a Monday evening, we arrived at Incheon International Airport to check-in our baggage for the 1:15am flight to Manila on 18 March 2025. I and my friends have already expected a snowfall that evening based on a weather forecast, but we were not that hopeful because it could probably change. And so, while we were checking in our baggage, I happened to glance through the glass walls of the airport. I thought it was raining because of how fast it was falling, and I said something like, “Hala, nauran ada or snow ba ito?” I was hoping it was snow because of the forecast. Then the fellow Filipinos who were also checking in confirmed that it was really snowing. I and my friends were thrilled to know that, then decided to go out after checking in the baggage!

So, ayon, gumawas an mga uwats. 😂😂😂😂

The wind was blowing hard with the snow. It was really freezing, but the excitement that I felt at that time made me ignore the cold. I guess, that's what my friends also felt. Then, of course, we took videos and pictures to commemorate the moment. (ano pa man bisan nangurog na an mga kamot 🥶😆)

Little did we know that what we experienced was actually a heavy snowfall and caused SK to issue heavy snowfall warnings across the country which we also received through our phones. We only learned about it from the news the next day. (na late na an ak pag google translate han text alert 😅)

Anyway, I really enjoyed my first snowfall!!! 🥰 Call me a fool for being happy about the snow, but that’s exactly how I felt then. HA!

Late post, but I just want to highlight the accessories on my pants that I wore during our dance presentation for our agency's anniversary celebration. 😄

I'm just happy that I was able to include Calcifer (the fire demon from Howl's Moving Castle), as one of my accessories. It is one of the felt projects I made during the pandemic days. 🔥

For the chains on my pants, I made them using some beads I bought, pearl necklaces I used before, a few ID laces I found at home, and some lace yarn that had been waiting for its moment. ✨

I'm also glad that I was able to use the things I just kept on my drawers like the pins on my vest (Gengar from Pokemon, and Susuwatari from My Neighbor Totoro), and the stuffed toys/keychains (Luffy, given by my brother, and the pink bear which I won from a game in a peryahan). 🧸

Also, I included a part of the video from our dance presentation. 💃🤭
