Grateful to have achieved something I am immensely proud of, to have met so many amazing new friends, to have the passion to continue working towards my potential, and to be able to move my body every day

The last three months tested me physically and emotionally - I doubled my training volume, I was in the emergency room 8 weeks ago for hyponatremia, and an injury I’m still dealing with forced me to take 3 weeks off. I didn’t feel like I would be able to give my best, but I knew in my head I was going to put a smile on my face and lay it all out there

Copenhagen will always have a special place in my heart - I kept telling all my new friends that I felt like I was leaving summer camp. Shoutout to my boy @rinzinanyetsang for his first race, my new @9tseven_ family, and all the other wonderful ppl I met this week

Got another PB cooking up for chicago in october, but before that we got the bandit grand prix (18:00?) and (maybe) the cph half in september ❤️ taken in Copenhagen by @xxrua
