TuBliss, graduation project by Yorick Arend Bakker @y.a.ba_ 2024

three chairs (upcycled tubes, destined for landfill)

Sitting down, taking a moment, we tend to seek comfort. Yet, reading requires one kind and taking a nap another. TuBliss is a lounge chair that suggests a comfortable reclined position to relax, but due to its elasticity one can find many different ways to sit or even lay in it, accommodating ones needs. Being relatively light, it can be moved around with ease, and as a fully inflatable design, TuBliss can be stored in any small space. by @y.a.ba_

the goal: with teamwork, make a car that holds 5 people can travel on land and float through water.
Results: it floated! but,was very hard to move because of poor gearing ratios, still a very fun project. by @y.a.ba_

"Push to Pop"

‘Push to pop’ is a wine opener which design is based of a micro compressor.
My goal was to take out the cork without the action pulling. By pushing air inside the bottle the help of a needle, the cork would pop out, without spilling any wine. by @y.a.ba_
