Snacks packed, shoes by the door, and a safe room plan.
Holding back tears.
Holding little hands through sirens…
Trying to stay calm while our hearts race.

Start the week off strong with this healthy snack 💪✨

These no-bake peanut butter oat energy balls are perfect for busy moms and hungry kids. And if your kids love cookies and treats but you don’t want to always be feeding them something unhealthy this is a great alternative. PLUS- include your kids in the process and they will have lots of fun!

How to make:
Soak 3/4 cup dates in hot water (5–10 min), drain
Blend with 1/2 cup oats + 1/3 cup peanut butter ( here used a food processor)
Mix in any nuts you like ( optional) and roll into balls
Drizzle with melted chocolate
Chill until set

Perfect to pack for work or just pop in your mouth between meetings 🤍
