‘Faya EP’ by @yaca is out now!

Known for his ability to fuse emotive melodies with infectious grooves, Yaca has been steadily carving out his space in the Afro-house scene. With Faya EP, he channels that signature sound into two tracks built for both heart and dance, music that works just as well in a deep, hypnotic warm-up as it does in peak-time energy. Expect rich layers, intricate percussion, and that unmistakable Yaca touch that keeps the crowd locked in from the very first beat.

1. Faya: A deep, rolling groove driven by long-stabbed, catchy piano chords, an emotive vocal that carries the track’s soul, and a steady rhythm layered with afro-percussion and a hypnotic, evolving arp. A true dancefloor weapon with both warmth and drive.

2. Dauca: Pure groove energy. Intense, detailed percussion locks in with punchy synth shots, creating a relentless, body-moving flow. This one isn’t just heard, it’s felt, building a powerful connection between the crowd and the rhythm.

Comment your fav track! 1, 2 or 3?

One year in the studio, five minutes in front of the camera… and somehow, the selfie was the real challenge.

I’ve spent the last year shaping the sound of Yaca—experimenting, refining, and crafting something I’m excited to finally share. It’s been a long process, but the music is ready.

Here’s a first taste. Swipe through to hear:

🎶 Drowning at Midnight ft. @leroystyles (@mydaymyafter)
🎶 Casablanca (@opalorecords)
🎶 Faya (@opalorecords)

More teasers will be rolling out in the next few weeks, along with full release details. Looking forward to finally getting this music out there—let me know what you think.
