7 days of slowing down, healing, and being taken care of 🌿🤍✨

After my delivery, I really wanted some time to focus on myself and my recovery. I’m so glad I chose to do my postnatal treatment at Yadasutra Ayurvedic Hospital, Kochi, Kerala🌿 @yadasutraayurveda

From the treatments to the care, every day felt so comforting. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming especially who has done my procedure, and what I appreciated most was how personally involved the Dr. Riswana was coming in every day to check how I was feeling and how I was doing after each treatment. 🤍
