One thing about God, He really knows how to make you smile. 🥹

There were moments leading up to this birthday where I honestly wasn’t sure how everything would come together.

The shoot? Uncertain.
The plans? A little shaky.
Some things just didn’t look like they would happen the way I had imagined them.

But somehow, God still fulfilled the desires of my heart.

It reminds me of:

“Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.”
Psalm 37:4

And this verse feels so personal to me right now.

Because sometimes, God answers you through miracles that look like people.

The makeup artist who showed up for me.
The photographer who gave me a free shoot.
The people who gifted me.
The people who contributed to making my day beautiful in ways they probably don’t even realize.

The gifts of men.

People became part of the answer to prayers I had carried quietly.

So, yes, I am grateful for the pictures.

But more than the pictures, I am grateful for the story behind them.

A reminder that I can delight myself in the Lord, trust Him with the desires of my heart, and watch Him do what only He can do.

To everyone who played a part in making my birthday special, thank you. You were part of God’s kindness to me, and I genuinely appreciate you.

God fulfilled my heart’s desires.

And honestly?

I am just smiling.
