Carambola...star fruit....organic. The land is bountiful.
I was speaking with a British guest last night and asked him what was the best thing about Grenada. He said he loves the lushness of the island. I relayed my story of my first vacation here and how much it reminded me of Portland, my favourite parish in Jamaica, because of how lush it is. by @yamfoot_

Food Fair has the cheapest avocados! Story time.....

When I was a student in Nottingham, UK, I lived in a little town named Beeston. Every week, I would write my supermarket shopping list, walk to the three supermarkets in the town centre and check the prices of each item on my list. Then I would buy the items wherever they were the cheapest! In addition to getting my steps in, I would save about £5 by doing that. Clearly I will have to start doing that in Grenada! (But drive instead). by @yamfoot_

Another day on Grand Anse Beach, Grenada!

Today's low carb omelette breakfast, at 1:42 p.m.

Guess how many calories this is (without plugging in the items into a caloeie tracking app)? Answer in the poll below.

Filling is salmon and cheese. Spinach goes in the egg mixture, so does a little cooking cream. Cucumber slices to provide a base for the omelette bites. Brewed coffee with 1 tsp cooking cream.
