Life lately has become very intentional.

Filled with nature, creativity, rituals, and reinvesting energy back into myself. It has become clearer, quieter, more present, and more beautiful. We go through many phases and identities throughout our lives.

This is my Ma (間) a place where I always come back to myself and release what no longer serves me.

I’m grateful for this journey. ✨ by @yami_vice

🌺 Kalalau Trail 🌺
11 miles in and 11 miles out
You earn every step on this trail.
The mud. The climbs. The weight on your back.
But then - the valley opens up, and everything gets quiet.
No noise. No rush. No thoughts.
Just you and your breath.
Hard work brings you here. But presence keeps you.

Grateful for the group that I hiked with.
Grateful for my mind staying so quiet.
Grateful for the cowboy camping underneath the stars.
Grateful for this Journey of being human.

🇬🇹 L_A_K_E A_T_I_T_L_A_N 🇬🇹

A powerful vortex filled with ceremonies, adventures, celebrations, stillness, and nature. The perfect place for me to decompress after a weekend of bufo/Kambo ceremonies. I was able to drop in with myself, slow down, and listen. I’m so glad I recommended to my friend Denise that she should have her bachelorette here. At the time I didn’t know that I would be needing this straight after my ceremonies. But the universe has a way of pulling us to where we should be at that exact moment. by @yami_vice

✨ “Every Mile Made Me” ✨

After 15 years away… I’ve officially MOVED back to MIAMI. 🌴
I left at 19. I returned at 34. What a wild ride it’s been full of chapters, transformations, and countless lives lived.

The journey took me from:
Miami → Norfolk → Bahrain (Middle East) → Salt Lake City → San Diego & Los Angeles

Career-wise, I went from:
- 8 years as an aircraft mechanic for the DoD
(Navy & civilian contractor)
- To 7 years as a logistics specialist with
General Atomics, Leidos, and Parry Labs

During those years, I…
- Served 5 years in the United States Navy
- Earned 3 degrees from National University &
Saint Leo University
- Visited 32 countries & 28 U.S. states
- Built deep, soul-rooted friendships
- Fell in love with yoga
- Learned Vipassana meditation
- Built a strong self-care routine
- Became grounded in who I am
- Studied health, fitness, nutrition, and the
connection between the nervous system,
mind & body
- Ran countless Half-Marathons and Marathons
- Snowboarded at 27 resorts across 7 states
and 2 countries
- Hiked the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to
Gatlinburg, TN
- Became a nomad for months on end
- Road-tripped to countless national parks
- Summited more mountains than I can count
- Got scuba diving certified
- Began my spiritual journey
- Sat in Ayahuasca, Bufo, Peyote, Kambo, and
Hape ceremonies
- Danced at unforgettable festivals
- Proudly became a pro-level plant mama 🌿
- Felt a rollercoaster of emotions
- Lost myself only to find myself
- Shed a lot of layers
- Became a therapist (Hypothetically)
- Received a lot of downloads from the universe
- And much more …

Coming home feels like a full circle moment but I’m not the same person who left.

But when the universe starts whispering then speaking louder and finally pushing you toward something new…
You don’t ignore the call.
You listen.
You lean in.
You surrender.

Because the next version of you is waiting on the other side of change.
And she’s ready to rise. 🔥 by @yami_vice

✨ As I close out my Saturn/Jupiter return, I reflect on the transformative changes of the past two years. In 2023, I found myself caught up in a whirlwind of travel and partying, living in a numb state. This rapid lifestyle pulled me away from my spiritual journey, meditation, and connection with nature.

The pivotal moment came during Burning Man, where I realized how lost I had become. The journey back was filled with tears of guilt and disappointment for not recognizing myself. Fortunately, just three days later, I had my first Kambo session, which became a turning point—allowing me to release my emotions and guiding me toward rebirth.

Since then, I've made significant changes:
- Stepped away from LA
- Reduce drinking and partying
- Reconnected with my intuition
- Started the Vipassana and Dhamma Lifestyle
- Spent more time in nature
- Explored peyote 🦌, delve more into 🐸 and 🌱
medicines
- Confronted childhood trauma
- Listened to enlightening podcasts
- Embraced movement
- Currently in the process of switching jobs
- Investing in my future
- Experienced the best 🔥 to date, Envision, and Aniwa
Gathering
- Became comfortable with discomfort
- Learned dragon staff and poi tricks
- Started teaching my mom @zzaayyddaa73 about
spirituality

I didn't initially realize this was a transitional period for Aries, but the growth I've experienced has been profound. It's remarkable how life can align in ways we don't always notice.

My next step is diving more into Astrology and the Astro realm. If anyone knows someone who can teach me more about astrology, give me a reading, tell me about my past lives, or have any informative podcasts on this realm drop them ✨

🌴Reflecting on my time in Bali, where the hustle and bustle of life faded away, and I found the beauty in slowing down. This year hasn't unfolded the way I envisioned, but amidst the unexpected turns, I'm filled with gratitude for the lessons each week brings.

Bali taught me to embrace the present, to breathe, and to appreciate the journey. From serene sunrises to vibrant sunsets, every moment has been a reminder of the importance of self-discovery. 🌴

Here's to cherishing the unexpected and growing through it all. #Bali #Gratitude #SelfDiscovery #SlowDown #Journey #embracetheunexpected by @yami_vice

***Late Post: July Europe Trip 🙃**

I've been so busy and on the go this entire year that I didn't even have a chance to post pictures from my Europe trip. We thought it was a good idea to take a road trip around Europe in an electric car. Note to self: never again! 😂

What was it like:
- Staring at the battery the entire time not being able to enjoy the views because you are mentally trying to calculate a good speed to make the car last longer
- Accepting the fact that you'll have to charge every 2 hours
- Recalculating your arrival times to each destination adding an hour of charge for every 2 hours of charging 🫠
- Getting duped at some charging stations because they were not at the location, slower charges, or didn't work.
- Making it to each Airbnb past 12 am
- Finding stuff to do while the car is charging
- Getting car sick while trying to work in the car
- Thinking that you're saving money by using an electric car but realizing you could be saving more on time and money with a diesel car
- Stiff body

Although it was a hassle, we were grateful that we discovered some towns that I would have never known about. A blessing in disguise! ❤️ At least I can check off a roadtrip through 4 countries in Europe creating my own loop of destinations. The last picture represents of what a feat like that takes.

Each burn experience is unique, shaped by our evolving consciousness and personal growth. Over the course of a year, we often undergo profound changes that may go unnoticed in our daily lives. This particular burn unlocked a new level of creativity within me, allowing me to explore and play without the fear of missing out. Embracing the mantra, "You're at the right place you need to be at in that exact moment," helped ground me, fostering a sense of presence and acceptance. This shift in perspective not only enhanced my experience but also deepened my connection to the community and the creative expressions that emerged from it.

Thank you for being the burn yet!
@travisbrewer.ninja for being the real ninja in my life @realfluffycloud for looking so yummy during sunset

The best burn yet,
