WOW!

I can’t even describe how big this year has been for me personally.

2025 was the biggest year so far for @onthewayhq

It was also my first ADE, the year our team completed a full year together, and the year I truly moved from “doing the work” into becoming a manager , learning what it really means to work professionally with artists, larger teams, people, and businesses in the music industry and beyond.

I want to sincerely thank everyone who has been part of this journey, the listeners, the artists, the fans, and the partners across the music industry who believed in us, chose to listen, supported our music, and helped build this path together.

One of the highlights of the year was finally meeting many of our partner artists in person at ADE.

Those moments reminded me exactly why we started this in the first place: real people, real connections, and a shared passion for music.

Behind On The Way Records is a dedicated team that genuinely cares about every artist we work with.

We put in real effort, go the extra mile, and share knowledge and guidance to help artists grow and move forward with us.

I truly believe a record label should see artists as partners.

Together, our responsibility is to deliver creative, exciting music that inspires people and brings happiness through the EDM we all love.

In 2026, On The Way Records will celebrate 5 years. I deeply appreciate everyone who believes in our vision and our way. I’m grateful every single day that I get to live through music and to have the privilege of helping shape the EDM scene in a positive way, bringing joy to people on stages, festivals, and everywhere around the world where our music is heard and felt.

Looking ahead, 2026 will be an even bigger and more impactful year for On The Way Records and for the artists working with us. A lot is happening behind the scenes, and I can’t wait to share what’s coming next.

Wishing everyone an amazing year may 2026 be your biggest one yet.

It was my first ADE, and I feel truly blessed.
Meeting all the artists, partners, and amazing people we work with was an unforgettable experience.

I’m grateful that so many people recognized our label, our music, and the artists we believe in, from what we’re building in Israel that touches people worldwide.
It was a pleasure connecting with such passionate people and being part of this incredible ADE.

I’m thankful every day that I get to make a living doing what I love most ,music! It’s truly a blessing.

This is just the beginning of something special we’re building, through music, to make people happy and fulfill our shared dreams together, artists and fans as one.
